CREATION OF PERSONAL ACCOUNT (MY ACCOUNT)

 

In order to access certain services, users’ details are requested from our website in order to provide a relevant password. The above information must always be true, accurate, valid and complete.

We suggest that you open a personal account “MY ACCOUNT” in the e-shop of our store, because registered users have the following benefits:

• Make it easier to order products

• Have access to all information about their orders and returns of their orders

Users are responsible for all actions carried out with the password and are obliged to immediately notify our store of any unauthorized use thereof and of any, (even possible) security breach.

Our store cannot be guaranteed for the availability of the displayed products. However, it is committed to informing users in a timely manner about their unavailability. The products sold through the website https://www.apostolos-men.gr/ are intended solely for purchase and personal use. Customers of our online store are not allowed to resell products. Our store makes every effort to present the products of the website in the most accurate way possible.

However, in some cases there may be color deviations or errors. Color deviations from the actual product are inevitable, due to the diversity of the user’s medium of appearance or screen.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, or to change the page at any time, without prior notice.

PRICES

The listed prices of the products appearing on the website include VAT.

The various product offers are valid until stocks run out.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been registered.

ORDERS

Making purchases through the e-shop of the APOSTOLOS store is the conclusion of a distance sales contract, regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended. You can order through the online, ordering process.

Order Registration

Upon placing the order you are immediately informed by e-mail about the registration of your order. On the first working day after the registration of an order, the service department of the e-shop checks the availability of the items ordered.

The APOSTOLOS store cannot guarantee the availability of the displayed products. However, it is committed to informing users in a timely manner about their availability.

The confirmation and final acceptance of your order is prepared by the company on working days and hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 15:00.

Individual cases of progress of your order, depending on the availability of the products:

1. Case with the possibility of total acceptance and execution of the order

If after checking the availability of stocks, it is found that all items of the order exist, the relevant e-mail is sent to you, to confirm and accept your order.

Then the amount reserved when placing the order is collected from your credit card. A check is made between the available balance of your credit card, at the given time and the amount of your order. If the available balance of your credit card is greater than the amount of your order, then the execution of the order can proceed and you are informed about an email.

If the available balance of your credit card is less than the amount of your order, then you will be informed about the inability to execute your order by e-mail, but also by telephone communication from an associate of the e-shop’s service department.

At the stage of shipping the products, you are informed about how their transportation is progressing. The code number of the courier company that accompanies your order during shipment is sent to you, so that you have the possibility by referring to this number, through the courier company, to be able to monitor the progress of the shipment. The receipt of your order takes place within 3-5 working days from its acceptance.

If for any reason, such as force majeure, problems in transport, etc., there is a delay, the courier company will contact you. All the necessary procedures are described in the following text regarding the Tracking & receipt of the order.

Your purchase is completed with the delivery of the products. The final document, retail receipt or invoice will be given to you upon receipt.

1. Case of partial acceptance of the order

If there are no balances available for some of the items included in your order, you receive an informative e-mail informing you of the items that can be performed. In addition, a partner from the service of the e-shop will contact you to inform you about it.

If there is your agreement, which will be provided by a relevant e-mail, to our company for a partial change of your order, we will send you from our side, the relevant e-mail, accepting your modified order, while the next stage is the return of the difference of the amount of the charge, to your credit card. Otherwise, where, that is, you will not want the partial execution of your order, and for this your wish you should send us the relevant e-mail stating that you do not wish us to proceed with the shipment of your modified order, so that the order is canceled in total and the total refund of the charge from your credit card is made.

The same process of controlling stocks and communication – information with the consumer applies in the case of payment by cash on delivery.

1. Case of total inability to accept an order

In case your entire order is not confirmed, due to lack of stock, you will be sent an e-mail for your information. In addition, for your better and immediate information, our partner from the service department of the e-shop, will also contact you by phone.

Also, a relevant e-mail is sent and you are informed about the cancellation of the commitment of the money from your credit card.

Tracking & Receiving Your Order

Making purchases through the e-shop of the APOSTOLOS store is the conclusion of a distance sales contract, regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended. You can order through the online, ordering process.

For the delivery of your orders, the APOSTOLOS store cooperates with the courier company SPEEDEX.

Deliveries of orders are made from SPEEDEX, Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 16:00.GENIKI TTROMIKI will deliver your order on the aforementioned working days and hours.

In case of inability to deliver on the first day, due to the absence of the recipient, he will contact by phone and leave a notification (SMS or sticker that will be pasted in a conspicuous place at the entrance of your home), while he will seek delivery, the next working day.

Undelivered packages will be returned to APOSTOLOS stores. For any information regarding the deliveries of our orders, please send a message to the e-mail address info@apostolos-men.gr, or call the 2421036646 &2421037345, (Monday to Friday 10.00-14:00).

In case the purchase was made by credit card, to ensure the holder thereof, the delivery of the products is made only to the buyer, who should receive his order in person, showing his original identity card or passport.

The receipt of the order can also be made by a third party, provided that it has been authorized in writing by you (the buyer). Even in the case of the written authorization, the authorized person must present the above documents, identity card or passport) in order to complete the delivery of the order of the products made by credit card.

In case of payment by cash on delivery, at the time of delivery, you must have the exact amount in cash to pay for your order. Payment by cheque is not acceptable, so the courier will not deliver the order to you.

TRANSPORT

For the delivery of orders to GREECE, the APOSTOLOS store cooperates with the courier company SPEEDEX. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 16:00.

Time of Delivery

The delivery time of your order for GREECE, if everything runs smoothly, is 2-3 working days, after it is accepted by our store.

PAYMENT METHODS

• With any credit card Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, American Express, debit or prepaid. The transaction for the approval of the payment is made with the cooperating National Bank, which ensures the security of the transaction, with the most modern and certified encryption systems. In our online store no card or transaction details are stored, only the reference to the transaction that was made.
• Cash on delivery.

 

By choosing how to pay by credit card, the bank is bound by the amount corresponding to the value of your order, from your credit limit. At this stage the amount is not deducted from your card and no payment is made to our store.

SHIPPING METHODS

The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory and in particular at the place you have indicated to us in the Order Form with courier service.

Shipments will be made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.The charge for each order is 5 euros. up to 2 kg and + 1,5 euro the extra

PAYMENT SECURITY

The APOSTOLOS branch does not have access to your bank data, and does not store information about your bank or your credit card. Therefore please enter the details of your payment in each order you place with us.

The APOSTOLOS store will not be liable for any damages or losses (direct or indirect) suffered by a member whose card is used illegally or used in an unauthorized manner.

The APOSTOLOS store is not responsible for any damage that may be caused to your computer equipment by viruses, worms, spyware programs, or the like during your connection to our website. Please make sure that you have an anti-virus program, firewalls and that the rest of your computer protection programs are up to date.

INVOICE VERSION

Regardless of the payment method, there is the option to issue a retail receipt or invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and self-employed persons, provided that they fill in the following information during their order: company name, VAT number, Tax Office and profession for freelancers. Check the correctness of the details of your receipt or invoice before completing your order. If you wish to check the correctness of the details of your receipt or invoice, please visit the “MY ACCOUNT” section on the website, if you log in.

It is forbidden to receive the order by a third party unless the buyer authorizes a third party in writing. And in the case of the written authorization, the authorized person must present the above documents in order to complete the delivery of the products made by credit card.

RETURNS

The purpose of the apostolos-men.gr is to be completely satisfied with your purchases. In any case, however, you have the right of withdrawal, which is described in detail below.

Right of Withdrawal

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can withdraw and return the products with your charge, as long as you follow the following procedure:

1. You have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within a strict time limit of 14 days, from the day that you or a third party designated by you received the products.
2. Within the above deadline you must inform the company in writing (APOSTOLOS, based in Volos, and address: Ermou 137 & Ermou 92 Volos, tel.24210366646 e-mail: info@apostolos-men.gr, of your decision to withdraw from the contract, by sending a clear statement of withdrawal. You must also inform us in writing all the necessary information about the bank account,  to whom you will be credited with the money of the returned purchase, in case you paid by cash on delivery.
3. In case you submit your withdrawal statement electronically, we will send you without delay in your email, a message confirming the receipt of your statement.
4. Within 14 days from the day of sending – in any way – your statement of withdrawal to the APOSTOLOS store, you must return the products. This deadline is considered to have been met if you send back the products before its expiry, (14 days).
5. The costs of returning the products are borne by you, as well as the responsibility in case of loss or destruction, during transportation.
6. If you wish to use the speedex courier company that we work with and which delivered your order to you, the return costs will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded to you. Contact SPEEDEX for the receipt of the returned products, stating that the charge for the return of your purchase will be made at the APOSTOLOS store.
7. We are, however, entitled to delay the refund until we have received the products back and checked their condition, which should be excellent, as they were during their shipment. Upon receipt of the returned products, the APOSTOLOS store will check their status. The returned products should be unused (except for their testing for the confirmation of the correct number) and be in the excellent condition in which you received them, both themselves and their packaging materials and their special markings (tags). The quality of the packaging again of the product is your responsibility.
8. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the products that will result from your improper handling.
9. Missing, damaged, damaged, soiled items, which we objectively evaluate to have been used, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

If the above procedure and conditions are followed, the APOSTOLOS store will approve the return of the products and you will be refunded the value of the products. This amount will be reduced, if necessary, by the return costs according to clause 7 and will be paid to you depending on your payment method. The procedure follows in the “Refunds” section.

 

Returning Incorrect or Defective Products

In case you receive a defective product or there was an error during the execution of your order, such as sending the wrong code, size, etc., in relation to the one you ordered, you have the right to request its return by sending us an email at the address info@apostolos-men.gr, or call the phone 2421036646 & 2421037345, Monday to Friday 10:00-14:00.

Upon receipt of the returned product, the APOSTOLOS store will check its condition and determine the defect or error in the execution of the order.

In order for the return of the product(s) to be accepted, it must be unused (except for their testing for the confirmation of the correct number) and be in the condition you received them, both the same and its packaging materials and their special markings (tags). After the above check and if there is an established error or fault, APOSTOLOS will approve the return.

For the return of the product you are not charged with shipping and the return costs are borne by our store, but you will have to return it with the courier company SPEEDEX, with which we cooperate. If you wish to be replaced with another product, you will have to proceed to a new order, in which of course you will not be charged the shipping. There is always the possibility that if you wish the item you originally ordered in another size or color, it will be exhausted.

In case you do not wish to replace the product or this is not possible due to lack of availability of the product, we will refund its value. This amount will be paid to you depending on your payment method. The exact procedure is followed in the next section “Refunds”.

 

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item, the process of approving the return begins. The products shall be checked as to whether they meet the above terms and conditions.

If the refund is accepted, you will be informed by e-mail, for the refund of your money depending on your original payment method.

The company makes the refund provided for in accordance with the above, using the same means of payment as those you used in your original transaction.

Refunds For Payment By Cash on Delivery

The refund of your money will be made at the account number that you will declare to us in the e-mail with the request for the return of info@apostolos-men.gr. You should also enter us with the name of the bank, the name of the account holder and the IBAN code. You can find this information in your account statement, or request it from your bank. You can check the crediting of the amount to your online bank account, or by contacting the bank.

Refunds For Payment By Card

Upon acceptance of the return of your order, the refund process of your money proceeds, which is carried out by crediting the amount to your card.
